Talbott Guest Apartments

The Office of Housing and Residence Life has two guest apartments located in Talbott Hall on 101 Bleeker Street, across the street from the Paul Robeson Campus Center. The guest apartments can only be reserved by University departments and student organizations. Guests may not stay longer that ten weeks. If a single guest needs housing fora semester or more, he/she may apply for a single room with the Housing
Office. In that case, a room will be assigned on a space available basis.

The fully furnished apartments have:
Bedroom (Full linens are provided)
Kitchen (Dishes, utensils, pots, and some other basic items are provided)
Living room with basic satellite TV service
Dining Room
Bathroom (Towels are included)
Although linens are provided neither laundering service, nor maid service
is provided. There are coin operated laundry equipment in Talbott Hall
which guests are welcomed to use.

Rates:
1-6 nights $60.00 night
1-4weeks $325.00 per week
5-7 weeks $275.00 per week
8-10 weeks $235 per week

Reservation Procedures:
The University Apartment or student organization sponsoring the guest
must email the Housing Office's unit coordinator Mary Chadwick at marykay@andromeda.rutgers.edu.
Please include the name, dates of arrival/departure, and the name and contact number of the sponsor. The department may contact the Housing and Residence Life Office by phone to inquire as to the availability of certain dates. When the information
is received with payment, the contact person will recied a confirmation in the mail.
