Residence Hall Staff Woodward Hall Talbott Apartments University Square Apartment This staff member is responsible for building a sense of community, making sure that all the residents' needs are met, as well as maintaining the facilities and other administrative tasks. Resident Assistants (known as RA's) live on each floor and are the primary contact between the resident and the office. RA's sponsor fun and educational activities, report maintenance issues, act as a friend and confidante, and maintain an academic atmosphere through role modeling and policy enforcement.
